We offer refunds on the following terms and conditions:

1. If the order is canceled 2×24 hours before the delivery day you are entitled to request a 100% refund.
2. If the order is canceled 1×24 hours before the delivery day you are entitled to request a 50% refund.
3. If the order is canceled on the delivery date, refunds cannot be made.
4. Money back guarantee if your order is not delivered to the destination.

Refunds will be processed every Friday.
